Gaining my 2:1 degree in Education Studies and English at De Montfort University is by far my biggest achievement in life. During university I was able to develop all of my skills to a much greater level and a find a new found love for my subjects. Although my career choice has altered slightly, I know that my degree will enable me to apply for jobs that I never could have dreamed of before. Also, uni life helped me come out of my shell and make some fantastic new friends that will be there forever.

Being a part of different groups and societies has given me so many great opportunities, leading me to discover that university is not all about academic achievement, but personal development too. It is a journey that I would recommend to anyone. I study BA Modern Languages with Management (French and Spanish) at the University of Leicester. I’m in my fourth and final year and spent last year living in Avignon, France and Seville, Spain as part of my degree! - Loren has now graduated with a 1st
